8- Eat just when you feel hunger not any time, and when you eat, eat what you need only not till replete phase.
9- Never eat before sleep directly whatever the circumstances because in this case you are confusing diet by this hard action on stomach. Used to eating before sleep for 3 or 4 hours to get more comfortable at sleeping.
10- Start eating with salad (especially fresh vegetables salad) because salad is raising the appetite of food and active digestion yeasts.
Fill your stomach with these useful components and save yourself from malnutrition and keep your weight.
11- Never drink any liquids during eating or after it directly, only small sips in necessary. Drinking during eating or after reduce the condensation of stomach digestive juicer. And then low efficiency of digestion and here you get troubles. So make drink after food with two hours at least.
12- Soda drink is one of we all like to drink, but please avoid drinking it with eating because it reduce the efficiency of digestion.

14- Never take fruit after eating directly, make a suitable period of time between them or for most benefit eat it before the main meal with half hour.
